The technical quality of the video entry is desirable, but NOT required. Hence, participating teams are encouraged to make the video storyboard/script as detailed and clear as possible to enable the board of judges to verify parts that may not have been clearly seen or depicted in the actual video.
Submitted video entries shall be evaluated using the following criteria:
- Relevance (30%). The entry must satisfactorily present the answer to the essential question, “Does the Philippines really need nuclear power?”
- Content (30%). The claims, arguments, proposal, facts, and the like presented in the entry must be accurate and/or based on solid research work.
- Impact and Creativity (20%). The entry stimulates interest and engagement to its intended audience.
- Popularity (20%). Based on the total number of Facebook and YouTube likes on the video.
